Updated October 19, 2026. EventScout is an invitation-based business event-planning service operated by American Adventure Lab.

Use EventScout only for companies you are authorized to access. Protect your email account and share invitation links only with their intended recipients. Company admins control invitations and membership. Your role may differ between companies.

Only submit content you are authorized to use and share with your company. Event plans, discussions, attachments, and named report responses are available to authorized company users according to the application's permissions. Avoid uploading unrelated sensitive information.

Discovery results and AI summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify event dates, locations, requirements, and recommendations before making plans or commitments. Availability and features may change as the service is maintained.
