EventScout

Privacy Notice

Updated October 19, 2026. EventScout is operated by American Adventure Lab.

Email sign-in verifies your address using a short-lived, single-use link sent through our email provider. We store hashed verification tokens and email request timing to secure this process and limit repeated sends. Optional Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. EventScout uses these to identify you, maintain your session, and enforce company access. We store the account and authorization information used by the sign-in integration. EventScout requests basic sign-in information, not access to your Gmail messages, Google Calendar, or Google Drive files.

EventScout stores company memberships, invitations, event plans, tasks, discussions, inventory, uploaded attachments, and After Action Reports. Company users can access company content according to their roles. Named report responses are visible to users who can view that event; prior response versions are restricted to company admins. Publicly discovered event facts may be reused across companies. Manually entered events and company planning information are company-specific.

Hosting, storage, email, and AI service providers process data to operate these features. Event search criteria and feedback may be processed for discovery. Report answers and respondent names may be processed to produce AI summaries. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for event planning.

Session and company-selection cookies maintain sign-in and the selected company. Service records are retained for operation and administration; backups may contain earlier copies. Contact brit.mansell@americanadventurelab.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or for questions about this notice. Requests are subject to identity and company-authority checks.
